Can I get married within a month?

The Notice of Intended Marriage needs to be completed at least 1 month prior to the wedding date so the minimum is 1 month.  ​

Can I get married if I am not yet 18 but will turn 18 by the wedding date?

As long as you are both 18 by your wedding date, yes. ​

I have been married before, is it okay to get married again?

Yes you will just need to provide divorce paperwork or death certificate. ​

Do I have to provide 2 witnesses?

Yes and they must be over the age of 18. ​

I don't like public speaking so do I have to say my vows into the microphone?

It is your day so if you'd like to say your vows privately to each other or without the microphone we can absolutely do that.  ​
